Please contact me directly through the contact page, or by phone, if you are interested in buying an item of jewellery that you see on this web-site but is not yet available for purchase in the catalogue.

We also accept payment by cheque.  Please contact me directly through the contact page, or by phone, to discuss your order and prices.  Please make cheques payable to Alison McIlkenny.

Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery within the United Kingdom.  Postage and packaging within the United Kingdom is free.

We also provide a next day delivery service for an added charge of £4 weekday, and £6 for Saturday delivery.

For orders outside the United Kingdom please contact me directly for the cost of postage and packaging.

If you are dissatisfied with the jewellery please return it, undamaged and in its original packaging, within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to give you your money back. 

There is no refund or exchange with earrings or custom orders.

Personal Engraving Service: We can personalise any piece of pure silver jewellery by engraving a short message on the back of a design for a truly personal and sentimental gift to treasure.

Hallmarking:  I hallmark my jewellery when it is over a certain weight. If you wish for an item of jewellery to be hallmarked please contact me to discuss this option.
